I shoot left-handed and right-eyed. And not awfully.
Now I need to stay out of here until I've seen it!
ita uses guns?
< not fucking with ita >
ita doesn't need guns, she can kill you with her pinky. However, it is always good to have a back up plan
I pull triggers with my right hand, and can only wink my right eyed shut - that is not odd is it?
Well, as you've seen, it can be made to work. But it puts additional strain on both neck and wrist to shoot "wrong-eyed," which leads to fatigue and loss of both accuracy and consistency. With practice, one can learn to build the sight picture without needing to wink. Having both eyes open while shooting is a good practice, but some people learn it more easily than others.
Don't know anything about shooting technique, but I did like last night's Castle!
Good things: more playing games with Alexis (fencing--so cool!), fun interaction with Mom (she likes Beckett, otherwise she wouldn't have loaned her the necklace), the two minions got some alone time detectiving as well as some fun moments (love that the one whose name I can't remember was allergic to goose feathers, and loved the snarky comment Beckett made about how she wouldn't loan Esposito her new dress considering he stretched out her last one). And nice continuity with Castle not getting out of the car this time.
Not-so-good things: Castle being the first to twig onto the events being what the victims had in common? Please. Also, I figured out something was up with the donation lady's boyfriend as soon as he appeared on screen.
I thought Castle was fun. I thought the mother loaned Beckett the necklace in hopes of getting her to say what the event was (she did say where ... although WAS it there? or did she deliberately give the wrong location?).
And I loved Castle, stuck in the car with an armed bad guy staring at him through the windshield, turning on the wipers.

I thought so too (not that she doesn't like Beckett). I don't know if they were at the Waldorf, I couldn't tell by the expression on Castle's face. Even so, they were still thwarted by thief guy having his mom emcee the auction.
That looked like the Waldorf--I stayed there back 1997 (sister had half-off room rates; great location, but just like anything expensive, you had fewer free amenities than you would at a Best Western), and it looked like the lobby.
