You must be two eps behind. We had the shopping mall last week.
Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
But we're not going to have a new episode for 2 weeks so, maybe you guys will catch up.
That was a good episode.
(I'm still amused that Life seems to have more VM alums than BoB alums.)
Bones: squicky sort of death and it was a good shipbound episode. Now, why couldn't Bones be debriefed in China and still go to the dig?
Probably because she still had to perform the experiments and tests in a proper lab. They had to secure the plane as a crime scene as well.
Bones: "What's that wonderful smell?" "Uh, roast pork."
Poor Hodgins, being left behind so easily while he holds a whole candelabra for Angela. But now Angela's learning what it feels like to be the one being told No

That's exactly what I thought, connie and props to Michaela Conlin for managing to convey just that with her facial expression.

I really think that her asking Roxie to move in was a knee jerk reaction to the feelings that she still has for Hodgins. Also, it was her way of trying to prove to herself that the relationship with Roxie was more serious than that with Hodgins.
I got that impression too, Vortex. Poor Angela, always so aware of impressions and trying so hard to be unconventional.
Also, it was her way of trying to prove to herself that the relationship with Roxie was more serious than that with Hodgins.
I also wonder if he got to her with the "so you can fall in love with a man?" thing. Maybe she thought, "can I fall in love with a woman too?" And she's labeling "love" as "settling down together"?
Interview with Damian Lewis. (British so non-spoilery as they are only on season 1.)

It's actually a very valid question, in his situation. I'm impressed that they're exploring some of the complexities of the situation. It's not just, "Angela's sleeping with a woman, hubba hubba!" (though you can see Hodgins' mind skipping to interesting pictures on a regular basis).
I liked how Brennan said, "Oh, I wasn't paying attention to that part." It's so her, relationship issues don't interest her, especially when there's a fascinating body around.
And I do like Miss Julian. "She puts people in Federal prison. I think she likes it."
