I just saw an article that said they're retooling the show to make it more like the original version. Axed a couple of series regulars and are going to make it more about helping regular people instead of a terrorist of the week sort of plot.
I watched about 20 minutes, but the dialog was just too painful.

And they need to get rid of the "home base" ridiculousness. That whole bit with the asian scientist and the geek who she flirts with and rejects, flirts with and rejects, flirts with and rejects ad nauseum has to go.
Also, the business about the "mysterious past" needs to get gone, stat.
Ohhhhh, Seeley.
Go, Tempe! I just wish she'd decked him and not just pushed him off the chair.
Seriously!
What a miserable little twerp.
And can I just say how very, very MUCH I loved Tempe's assessment of the true alpha male.
Plus: Ohhhhhhh, Seeley. He's breakin' my freakin HEART.
Oh, poor Clark, who just wants to be professional, and everyone else so happy to share the gossip.
I'm glad he came back, though. I liked him. He and Wendell were my favorites.
"Bad elf" hah!
Jennifer needs to go away fast, but from the promos I think things will just get worse from here on out.
Why oh why is Charlie not taking the time to talk to Dani about her dad when he knows the dude is potentially running for his life in order to protect Rachel? I mean, he wanted to talk to her about it before, what changed? Or does he think that giving Dani plausible deniablity is the best route? WHEN will they pick this plot thread back up?
