Jennifer needs to go away fast, but from the promos I think things will just get worse from here on out.

Why oh why is Charlie not taking the time to talk to Dani about her dad when he knows the dude is potentially running for his life in order to protect Rachel? I mean, he wanted to talk to her about it before, what changed? Or does he think that giving Dani plausible deniablity is the best route? WHEN will they pick this plot thread back up?

Watching Criminal Minds and I'm being totally blown away by Jane Lynch as Reid's mom. Then again, I'm blown away by her in most everything.

I'm not watching L&O, but AA has been cast as a cop? Again? Chasing criminals? I hope he's not running. It was embarrassing enough in that New Orleans show.

Life: as a vidder, I really wish that Charlie's awesome thinky scenes of badassness weren't ruined by mastication: first pluots and now tropical fruit gum?!

Really enjoyed Charlie telling the kid the official truth about what happened, rather than holding to the letter of the law.

I kind of loved the two Booths. And having Clark back - he was trying so hard to not be sucked in to the gossip matrix.

Yeah, that actually didn't require much of a handwave for me.

I loved Cam calling them "the Booth boys." I've grown to like Cam and her history with Booth, especially since it's more than they were just lovers. Her family knows him and likes him, she knows his family, etc.

And I liked the "Booth has a brother?" "That's OK, I didn't know he existed either" as a hand-wave to "Oh, by the way, we're throwing in a character we've never hinted at before."

But I'm not sure Booth can say so surely that Max Keenan will never murder again. Unless there are no old enemies around who could threaten his kids, or no new enemy threatens his kids, that's not a call I think Booth can make. And I love the show's attention to its own history, when Bones tried to say you shouldn't enable family so much and Booth reminded her that she got her father off murder charges--which I'm sure is still a sore point for Booth.

And you could see how having to deny the truth because of his kid brother was cutting him up. All the drama of the other procedurals, fewer of the Baseball Bats of Drama.
