I'm all up in the law now, but damn it feels good to get my violence on.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Sniff! They can't break up.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Why can't anyone let happy couples be happy!

It looks like the new lab girl was the girl from Undeclared and Carnivale, whose name I can't remember. Carla?

Is this one of those cheesy two-hour premieres when the story doesn't really go for two hours?

It seems too simplistic, and stupid. They needed a way to throw in some quick drama, so they broke up the couple that had been together for a season and a half

Totally. I'm a tad pissed they did it that way.

OK, Sweets playing with the brain was funny.

Yeah, Sweets was the best part of this ep, even if he is a dumbass.

Carla Gallo is the lab tech type person in the preview-- from Undeclared and carnivale. The reach of Judd Apatow is large.

“Not dead yet!”

Yeah, Sweets was the best part of this ep, even if he is a dumbass.

Sweets is that beautiful combination of his brilliance and the naivete of his age/experience, which is in some ways what they wanted with Zach, but they wrote him into such a corner with the uberbrilliance and literal nature.

Overall, the ep felt overwritten and most of the major characters like they were, well, out of character. I simply can't see Angela having reacted that way to Cam having slept with her ex. In fact, I was convinced when she first saw Cam afterwards, that she had guessed and next thing we would see was the two of them dishing and Hodgins walking in on them and then having an exasperated fit. The way it happened-- breaking them up, just felt so unbelievably forced.

And I'm sorry-- someone who'd been military, who'd been stationed overseas, would be not just aware but a little more sensitive to cultural differences, so no, the boorish American shtick didn't work for me either.

I want the cast to be back together-- it looks like from some of the previews they showed that some of the zip and chemistry is back.

My objections, one and all, Barb. Glad you have the good words.
