We caught up last night. I probably liked Jason twice as much as usual. Derek is a delight. It seems that Chidi got scrambled in the wipe process. He's hurting my heart.
I'm enjoying the comfort of my beloved familiar characters, but so far I don't have the massive love I experienced S1. I retain confidence that the season will be rewarding and satisfying in the end.

OK, I don't know what's going to happen next AT ALL but I do want to say that the experiment seems to have been successful? All the humans got better, right? Although we don't know how Brent was going to finish that thought, that he was visibly anguished at the thought that he actually might be a bad person is still an improvement.
