I am loving the ridiculousness of Galavant, with the exception of Ricky Gervais, because a.) Ricky Gervais, and b.) they should have cast Tim Minchin instead.

Apparently Giles is in it at some point, but even without him I'm quite enjoying it, songs and all (aside from having to constantly repress the urge to call "Pop pop!" at the screen).
I knew I saw the squire before, but couldn't place him. Thanks, JZ. Sometimes, if I need a laugh badly enough, I can enjoy some really silly things, I think.
It took me a while, but I am pretty sure once I realized who it was, there was a loud POP POP
I'm liking Larry Wilmore's Nightly Report so far. It's early days, and it isn't as radical a concept as Colbert was, but it's a good companion to TDS so far.
It seems a lot more like just an actual panel show than a parody of anything, though.

Well, that's what I meant by not so radical a concept. But I like. And I really like the "100" idea.
More real news than fake news?
I haven't seen it yet, been on a bit of a break from news in general, but I like Wilmore.
It's like Bill Maher's show, but with Larry Wilmore's perspective. The "100" bit is about getting questions and keeping 100% real.
Yeah, the same kind of assorted panel discussing an issue. I feel like the show actually got better between the second and third ones (I missed the first, haven't watched the fourth) so I have high hopes.
