Cool points though to Bunuel who did it on purpose, casting two different actresses in his version of Wuthering Heights and alternating them without warning.
Which he later also did for THE OBSCURE OBJECT OF DESIRE, although I think in that case there were meta reasons (i.e. one of the actresses buggered off) that Bunuel ran with.
My favorite actor swap was on Roseanne. I loved how they would subtly refer to it from time to time.
I loved the episode where First Becky (Alicia Goranson) came back after Sarah Chalke left. Everytime Alicia walked into a room, someone would yell at her, "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?"
I added The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie instead.
You won't regret it. On a similar note, I have Viridiana at home on my tivo.
Excellent! We should watch-n-post and freak everyone out with our surrealist commentary.
30 Rock
was hilarious last night.
"Does hot support cold? Does rain support the earth? You put me in a quandary, Jack Donaghy. A quandary!"
I didn't catch the last word of Dennis's band's "Fly" cover. "I just wanna ______"?
The Office is on Tivo, not yet watched. But the premise looks promising.
The scroll under Dennis's interview or press conference or whatever it was was too funny. "Norad puts cyborgs in charge of Skynet" - hee!
Who was the Chinese man with Jack in the photo that Buster Wossname was looking at when Jack walked in? Mao Zedong?
