They don't like it very much either. Todd seems to like it more than the commenters, and he hated the finale.

Oh, you meant this season. Yes, this season hasn't had as much love. And I get that. I've had some fun with it this year - mostly from Troy. But it has felt like it's missing that magical X factor ingredient. For one thing, Abed was used wrong ALL YEAR. The characterizations have felt off to me. The most common complaint has been that they've been reset back to S1, and I think that's kid of true.
The AV Club reviewer said it was the worst episode ever. Hold on, I mean "WORST EPISODE EVER."
I get not liking it, with the whole thing taking place in Jeff's head, but there are so many other episodes (that involve Pierce) that were worse.
I like that the two recent reality-breaking episodes were precipitated by Troy's and Jeff's crises (ie, not Abed's), personally. Just something that struck me.
Yeah, that was interesting.
I get the not love. I dont feel about S4 the way I do about the first three. I feel safe in saying it's Dan Harmon's, er, influence that I miss, but I like the characters and the world he created enough that I get a lot of enjoyment, and there are moments of awesome. I also don't follow anything on the internet about it, so.
I thought the last two episodes of Community felt the closest to the previous seasons, really.
OK, the Robot Chicken opening to The Simpsons? Pretty sweet.
Holy crap, we met the Mother!
(I'm glad I scrolled right by the HIMYM post on Facebook that totally spoiled the ending, like, geez, you guys, it's only been 24 hours, people are sensitive about this shit.)
