I hope you don't think that I just come over for the spells and everything. I mean, I really like just talking and hanging out with you and stuff.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Pretty please with sugar on top. I'll be NBC's best friend.

Fuck yeah!

Thought you'd be psyched to hear that if you didn't know it already.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Y'all seen this [link] (and others) yet?

No, I hadn't. Nice.

Man, I took way too long to put together the link between the guest star on Raising Hope and the car, but I would have liked the episode better if they'd left it as a reality where the movie exists (ergo 88), but not have the salesman have an inexplicable need to do similar things to his doppleganger. And the supermarket setup was for that Wild West punchline?

I realise I might have been asking for a bit more of a Community treatment, but....Raising Hope is my other sitcom, man. Sure, it's never been subtle, but the gyrations they did weren't justified by the resolution.

I give the episode a thumbs up for the young version of him being painfully adorable, but the episode was definitely substandard.

I, otoh, had forgotten about the grocery store set up by the time we got to the end and was deeply amused. The whole episode totally worked for me. Well, I was a little disappointed that they ended up actually buying a new car, but that's more because I've never bought a new car so it seems extravagant to me.

Less than four weeks to new Community!

For Park and Rec fans, a little campaign song, Vote Knope.

Right--Parks and Rec. I was going to catch up on that, but I've seriously watched so much (for me) sitcom in the past year or so, it feels rash to take up something not on the brink of imminent demise.

Is it? On the brink, I mean. And imminently.
