I think the drugs were seeded earlier than that, -t. I seem to remember being surprised at how early they were mentioned with respect to him during my last rewatch.
Oh, good! The earliest I could remember was the student government elections, but I haven't watched most of season 1 in a couple months, and that wasn't something I was looking for at the time.

I think it's a typo. They need more time to market.
My guess is that it's a typo for "time", but I honestly don't know. This is from "TVMoJoe" on Twitter.
