So, Community. What's a favorite moment for you(se)? I think my favorite comedy moment, the one that made laugh the loudest, was when Troy was trying to get out of having started to say that Jeff was about to, "...fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii..ght," to Shirley and just couldn't sound his way out. And then when Jeff tried it and couldn't either and was like, "yeah, there is really no good way to end that.". Troy's delivery, and the expression on his face were just so perfect. I love that moment and rank it very high on my list of TV favorite moments of all time. And it's weirdly non-pivotal in the general scheme, but so good.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

It is a wonderful moment.

I think one of my favorite moments was just realizing what sort of episode "Remedial Chaos Theory" was going to be. Because I had zero knowledge about the episode going in, and when the die was rolled initially, I thought, cute, but are they going to...

And then they did.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

VAMPIRE ARMS

That's funny - I'm pretty sure that reading about that ep here is what convinced me to start watching. I hadn't been in this thread for a while. Chalk one up for good timing, or good picking where to start reading again fu, maybe.

Yes, vampire arms! That was, "Just be yourself," right? Oh, god.

Unrelated aside: After after having seen Dark Knight this weekend, I realized that BatVoice just makes me think of Abed now.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Those are all good.

I like the fiiiiiiiiiight one also because it's so typical of Troy to not be able to think of a lie on his feet like that. Like in Interpretive Dance "I have a perfectly normal class like Math or something then" when Annie wants to move when they meet.

Vampire arms are, of course, iconic.

The climax of the zombie episode is pretty wonderful, can I count that as one long moment?

Yes, you can!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, man, totally that whole bit where Abed does vampire arms.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Troy was trying to get out of having started to say that Jeff was about to, "...fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii..ght," to Shirley and just couldn't sound his way out.

I flove that moment. That entire scene, actaully. Troy's Forest Whitaker eye is pretty epic. And Pierce telling Jeff he fights like a North American-Korean seamstress and Jeff going, "... not if that's bad." Britta and Abed in the peanut gallery. It's one of my favourite episodes of the entire show.

Oh! And Anthony Michael Hall and the fly dancers! Britta's gleeful "C'mon! I'm being punked, right?" The dance-fight to the Florence and the Machine! Come to think of it, I like it better than the claymation Christmas episode even though it's obviously less ambitious.

A lot of my laugh-until-I-cry moments are non-verbal: Chang's Chow Yun Fat entrance in the first paintball episode; Annie and Abed pantomining "Hector" going at it with the Elf Maiden, BDSM-style; the epic pool game between Jeff and the PhyEd teacher, cumultating in both of them tearing their underwear off with a barbaric yawp.

ETA: D'oh. Of course I meant to say North-Korean seamstress...

Oh, I can't quite believe one of mine involves Pierce, but the whole bit where Pierce teaches Troy to sneeze like a man.
