I'm wondering if Chase hates sitcoms so much why did he agree to do one? If he needed the money you'd think there would be something else he'd pick.

It may have been appealing to get paid to be an asshole.

Of course, I think Clark Griswold is an asshole too. But I understand you're not supposed to think so.

It would have made perfect sense, plot-wise, to dump his ass at the end of S2. I've actually been mildly amused at Pierce in S3, and much less wanting to kill him with fire.

Which doesn't make Chevy Chase the actor any less of an assbag.

Going back to Community the show, I just rewatched the last ep.

Am I the only one who found the final fort face off between Troy and Abed kind of hot, as well as ultimately sad?

It made me worried that writers think making them arch-nemesis to each other is the next step. Theoretically I can get behind that, but not on this show. NO!

When they were holding off the mob and protecting the dean, and right after shared a look, that's what makes me sure it will all be all right. Eventually.

Abed's watched enough TV to recognize the vice dean's plot, sooner or later.

I can see that. The hotness. Yes.

The vice dean must have watched a lot of Inspector Spacetime to be able to make such persuasive arguments, right?
