I also would have put Mercedes as Anita and Santana as Rosalia, but it seems like Anita isn't considered a big part in the Glee world.

Apparently not. Despite Beiste having to strongarm her football players into filling out some of the roles, they seem to have decided that it was Tony or nothing for Kurt. I can see him losing out Riff to Mike after that audition, but you'd think one of the other parts might do.
I don't think the new boyfriend is all that good for Mercedes, actually.

This was a surprisingly good episode! It's amazing what they can do when they concentrate on other characters besides Rachel/Finn and Kurt!
