OMG, I was catching up on the new Futurama episodes, and the robosexual marriage one was just about perfect, especially the George Takei cameo. I also loved Kiff in badass biker mode at the very end.

OMG, why are people not yelling at me to watch the Louis CK show?? I'm finally watching a few I had stacked up on the DVR, and holy shit.
right? this show is a trip and a half. I think it can be a tad uneven, but each week I am guaranteed to laugh my ass off at something.
The ep before last was really wild.
With the mom? I can't remember which was which.
I'm not sure how I feel about it, yet. I think I like it, but I feel like I'm not quite in the right mindset to fully get it or something. It makes me think "I see where that might be funny" more often than it really makes me laugh...
It makes me say "holy shit, did that just happen?" more than it makes me laugh. Which I appreciate.
Yeah, that's true. Let's see if I can adjust my expectations accordingly.
I dunno, -t, I'm pretty much with you. I was so excited to watch Louis because CK's "Everything is great, but nobody's happy" routine on Letterman stole my heart.
I watched the episode...maybe it was the pilot...where his daughter's field trip bus breaks down. I didn't laugh at all. It was just so unrelentingly cynical. Granted, that may be what is funny to those with a better developed sense of humor than mine, but it just made me sad.
you have to watch the ep where he goes to Alabama (I think). The first half of the episode had me dying. The second half is definitely WTF.
Oh, the plane trip was fantastic!
Every episode I get to the end and think "wait, what? That's the end?" which makes me think I don't have the hang of it.
