But not as pretty. Okay, Finn wasn't pretty, I'm just a sucker for rugged military/cop types.

They're both Finns! I just realized that, d'oh!
I finally saw the pilot! Now the rerun from last night makes sense...well, as much sense as any episode does!
We want to start watching Glee but I can't find the pilot or any but a handful of eps online. Are they somewhere to be found?
The first half of the season is available on dvd and for purchase through iTunes and Amazon.
Isn't FOX rerunning most of them this summer?
They reran the pilot last night, and running the rest of the series on Thursday nights for the rest of the summer.
I think Corey actually may be the second best actor on the show (after Jane Lynch, of course). He sells a lot of ridiculous scenes and adds little nuances to his character that really make me feel Finn as more real and present than most of the other characters, including the ones played by Broadway darlings.
Of course, I find his singing perfectly acceptable for what it's supposed to be: beginning efforts by a talented novice without much vocal training. I just don't like it when they assign him male lead on songs way out of his range and then use the auto tune so much it sounds like Lea Michelle is singing a duet with a Cylon from 70s era Battlestar Galactica.
Last night they ran Epidode 2, not the pilot. I had to buy it on iTunes to see the Pilot.
Which reminds me of the two characters that were in the early episodes but are largely absent from the later ones, and whom I find particularly annoying: Shue's soon-to-be-ex, Terri and the Coach. Boy, I don't miss them one bit!
I got caught up and I really liked the Tiger Beatdown piece about "Glee" that was linked above. I also loved the comments.
Wow, did anyone just catch Mathew Morrison and Lea Michelle on the Tony's? No auto tune there :)
