Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I believe not next week, but the week after's episode is directed by Joss.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

That's worth a big woohoo!

Structurally, I think these 1 hour episodes will play better when they're split into halves and trimmed a bit tighter.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

I like the Big Bang Theory, so I'm glad.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, Best Week Ever has a HIMYM set visit, and he keeps calling it "him-yim" and is generally hilarious.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

And I absofuckinglutely LOVE how well this show handles the transsexual issues. Seriously.

Also, if Henry and Betty do not get together soon, I'm going to rip my hair out.

Steph speaks for me, on both counts.

I really loved this week's Office episode! I wouldn't say it was bleak, though it was pretty painful in some parts, especially Dwight's storyline. (The cat! Do you think Angela recognized Garbage?) But I also thought it was funny (all the Darryl/Kelly bits) and touching (Jim and Pam's efforts to cheer up Dwight) and silly (everything with Mose), and I'm really glad we finally got some kind of explanation as to why Jan is with Michael, and I liked seeing Michael make friends with people at his other job, even though it was sad watching him lie to Jan about what he was doing. I hope we see them on the upswing a bit.

I do think the writers could stand to take some of the focus off of the relationships for a little while, though. Maybe a return to the half-hour format will help with that.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

HR Pufinstuff was on South Park on Wednesday. It was quite odd seeing him twice in two days.

Always Anti-fascist!

My mom watched that a lot when she was pregnant with me. That probably explains...something, huh?

Ann, that's a ferret.

I'm still not sure how I feel about this week's Office. A few random thoughts.

I'm not sure Michael's job at the telemarketer involved a bad boss as much as ridiculously high goals. Which may have been the boss's issue, but more likely the company.

I also have to wonder whether Ryan is getting ready to get rid of Michael.

Points to Andy for figuring out the way to get Angela's attention -- think in her terms.
