You were very nearly devoured by a giant demon snake. The words 'let that be a lesson' are a tad redundant at this juncture.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

The Office:

Okay, I was a little underwhelmed by this episode, but Andy's speakerphone a cappella serenade was fantastic. I'm also intrigued so far by the little bits of Jim/Pam that we get to see. Pam has learned a certain way of relating to her boyfriend from being with Roy, and Jim is a very different person, who I think is less used to his girlfriend expecting things like automatically winning in the event of a tie. I don't think it spells their doom or anything -- like erika said, I'd be happy with their relationship having a Turk/Carla vibe, where they still have problems and things aren't always perfect but they really love each other and they make things work -- but it's interesting to see the transition from the fantasy to the reality of their relationship.

Ugly Betty:

Aw, I'm so happy Ignacio is back! My favorite bit, though, was Henry visiting socuteitmakesyousick.com. Adorable! I'm really glad he's a regular this season.

really? i thought it was the best yet this season. there were a ton of laugh out loud moments for me. Andy's a cappela just about made me die. if a guy did that to me i would have said yes no matter how much of a creep i previously thought he was.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Andy's speakerphone a cappella serenade

Now on a top favorite moments list. Seriously. Thing of beauty, that was.

Me too! The pizza boy kidnapping was a bit OTT but the rest was pretty gold.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

I agree. This was the best hourlong ep yet.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Favorite line: "I'm an adult! I don't have to think or do anything!"

Always Anti-fascist!

I thought it was funny(kidnapped pizza boy) but kind of too bad at the same time, as most of what I like most about the show is the relatability thing. I liked Andy's serenade especially because I just watched the Rockin' Robin cellphone episode this week so it was a funny callback.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Michael has been too watch-from-the-hall for me this year--seriously, I hid my face during the worst moments of the delivery boy kidnapping and last week's breakdown in the former client's office as if it were Shelob up on the screen. It's over-the-top, and for me it kind of breaks the emotional realism of the show--the sense that what's going on onscreen is only a little weirder than life in my own workplace. But I'm enjoying all the other characters and threads.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

That would be awesome! Sooo different from Ryan and sooo much better.
