I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Thanks, Cindy. I actually just read your recap and it was very helpful, also!

I think my favorite part of this episode though, was when Ted was going around hugging everyone, the health inspector went from arguing with the bagel guy to looking so happy to see Ted and giving a big hug and then right back to scowly arguing. That really tickled me.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I loved Marshall's charts.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

"Scrubs" went out on a good note. Gonna miss it.

Not javachik

HIMYM was wonderful! I was thrilled to see her again. So wait, I know why she wasn't the mother in the previous season, but did completely close her out as a possibility? I thought she could come back and be it now? The post above? So it would be perfect for SC also!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

OMG, Dan Rather just made the funniest pundit (or ex- in this case) Daily Show appearance since Ted Koppel's giant head.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Dan Rather is a REALLY good sport.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Rather regained a bunch of karma points for that standup, by me.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I know why she wasn't the mother in the previous season, but did completely close her out as a possibility?

Nah, I don't think so. I'd rather Stella wasn't the mother, but they did plant that idea. (She mentioned being at the St Patrick's Day thing at one point.)

Loved the charts, and the adorable ending. I could *so* be a Barney/Robin 'shipper. I don't care if that's wrong and I'm going to need a patch for it soon.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I think Barney's about to be a Barney/Robin 'shipper...

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I love the Barney/Robin thing. Of course, I just love Barney.
