I could not believe the episode last week. I was shocked, appalled, and laughing the whole time.

This week's was good too, though not as jaw-droppingly funny as the water fountain week. (That's hard to top, though...)
Too much Linda. I don't really like her character, but see the need for a "quirky" foil.
This week I really liked her, whereas in previous weeks she's been like nails on a chalkboard to me.
Clearly, all along the solution was to abandon her office romance wannabe storyline with ted and instead have her interacting with Lem, Phil, and Veronica. While stoned.
How do you know all these Indigo Girls songs?
The Office is back on track! Michael's "I understand nothing" was another classic example of telling more truth than he realized.
And Andy deserves a break.

Yeah, that episode was really funny. Hell, I thought it was funnier than 30 Rock, which isn't the norm.
The teaser cracked me up so much, as did Pam's notepad messages to Michael and Michael's color code for his Rolodex ("Green means go ahead and shut up about it"). Also, Michael was surprisingly good in the meeting in the Schofield; he made me believe that he really could make it on his own. He may be incompetent as a person, but he does have some level of professional acumen.
He's a living example of the Peter Principle. A fine salesman who got promoted to his level of incompetence.
Yeah...it's his interpersonal instincts that make Michael a schmuck/
Interpersonal instincts with anyone who isn't like him. Including anyone of a lower status.
