Yeah Jilli what Sean said- I would totally help you out if I could but there's no way I could get there by 10.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Aww, thanks Sean and Laga! It turns out someone I know on LJ goes to all the Will Call events at BPAL, and is willing to pick up an order for me. Now I just have to decide how many bottles of my newest favorite limited edition scent I should buy.
Suddenly I don't feel very good about being a boss.
Why?
He probably didn't get a Boss's Day card.
Why?Sean, I'm guessing because of this:
It's to help reassure the ones who are petty tyrants with fragile little egos that we really, really do like them.
I know Daisy wasn't directing this at bosses here, and don't get me wrong; I've had my share of bad bosses. I'm lucky right now to have some very good ones, too. And I think Drew's a pretty good boss, too, from what I've seen.
Oh crap. And I even saw him today.
I had no idea it was Bosses Day, ND, or I totally would have gotten you somthing special. I brought your camera back after, like, a year and a half! So I was thinking about you today, at least.
Plus, I tell you all the time you're the best boss ever. And if I don't I should, 'cuz I think it all the time.

Well, if he'd stop being such an insecure, petty little tyrant, maybe his employees would actually like him, instead of just pretending...
Heh. Well don't get me wrong--I don't think you should get him a card or anything. I do think that this is an invented holiday for Hallmark. I was just defending his bossiness. Or something.
Now get back to work.
