The money was too good. I got stupid.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

You should at least check them once a month. If the filter looks completely clean, which certainly happens, you can leave it for another month. Changing filters is the cheapest thing you can do to increase the life and efficiency of your HVAC system.

The preserved plums, in particular, are almost too delicious to bear - the moist, sticky flesh, the tart, tangy combination of sweet/sour - ngah.

Do you get the plain ones or the ones with the powdery spice on? We call those ones homoys and they've been one of my favourite treats since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Mmm, homoys.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Plain, this time. I'll get the powdered ones next time, eh?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Me: Yeah, I'm on that diet, too. The "I Will Eat Whatever I Need to Quell The Panic About Finishing The House and Moving" diet.
DH (popping a cookie in his mouth) Yeah, that's the one.

Oh! I know that one!

Had a lovely weekend- sj and TCG came over for dinner on Saturday and then yesterday, our plans for family visitation in CT fell through, leaving us with a lazy day of tv watching (me), brewing beer (Tom), making mac & cheese, and chilling out.

We had a great time! You're great cooks and we really appreciate the fresh herbs garden and the bottle of homemade beer.

Mostly lurking...

Ginger, once I call my landlord, he comes about every 6 weeks to replace the filter. He's pretty good about it. And he buys me the hypo-allergenic filters, which is nice.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

huh, I change the filters every 3 months ( or make DH do it). But I did turn our heat on without changing the filters. But then I have less problems with Asthma in the winter than I do the spring - fall.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Stephanie, I completely missed your Ellie concern yesterday with the skipping. Glad to see she's feeling better.

Susan! Awesome!

I wish we could have a buffista knitting/crocheting/sewing circle. None of my friends here do any of that. I have a dress I have been crocheting off and on forever, and it would help motivate me if I could meet up with other people working on projects too.

Yes, Budapest! Fay, did you go by yourself? I'll be staying here [link]

Why the Budapest? Where's the original post or what's the scoop?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Gronk.

Am at work, but headache is still playing hide and seek. Didn't sleep worth a darn.

Budapest? I didn't think I had scanned, and yet I missed that one.
