Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
And I was feeling all "Touche'" and shit for about a minute before I thought "That was a TV show, you idiot." FWIW...Like we let the concept of "reality" get in the way?
It's taken Mom a long time to get used to the weird cards with jokes she doesn't understand and drinking glasses and whatnot coming in the mail but now if she doesn't get it, it's a Buffista thing, so it's all good.Mine kinda adores Buffistas and has a login. But she only goes to Tech unless I invite her elsewhere. She knows that the Bitches are mine.
I have 6 cases of beer and 10 bottles of wine in my living room. I'd rather have whiskey.I've got some nice single malt. We can haz traed? Wait, I skipped. It depends on what wine you actually bought... I'm easy but I'm not cheap.
All we have is cheap gin and cherry pepsi
What an appalling thought.
I have a lot of work to do that I should have done during the week, but I was the Queen of Not Accomplishing Anything. One problem with working for yourself is that it's easier to not work. At least I'm not tempted to go out. It's already 85 with 60% humidity. I was listening to the garden show that's on the radio Saturdays and it was all "Yes you can prune that holly, but not today. Don't go outside! Save yourselves!"
Good morning bitches. I am having lunchables for breakfast. I feel like I'm eight years old.
eta: don't worry Ginger. I did not attempt to mix the gin and cherry pepsi. I had a glass of water and went to bed.
I'm easy but I'm not cheap.
One of the reasons we love you.
I'm easy but I'm not cheap.
I'm not easy. I'm effortless.
That lolcat is adorable. I keep wondering when I won't think they're funny anymore. Hasn't happened yet.
Timelies, Bitches. I had a restless night of sleep and woke up too late to go to the farmers' market. Phooey. Luckily there's one tomorrow morning in a different part of town. Actually, there's one pretty much every day of the week somewhere around here. Year round. I really love living in Pasadena.

On behalf of the communities of Lakewood and Redondo Beach I say, "phlbbt!"
You aren't going to get much sympathy from many communities out of SoCal, though! I can count on one hand the number of times I went to a farmers' market in CT.
