[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Teppy, I am in awe of your dad. The fact that he's still going to rake leaves this weekend cracks me up.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I want to call Teppy's dad's heart "Timex."

DH just called profusely apologizing for his lateness. Don't apologize, just get your ass home. I'm climbing the walls here!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Tep, your dad is a hilarious Man Of Steel. Dayum.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Greatest honor of my life? I was the first family member my baby brother came out to, lo these many years ago.

I want to call Teppy's dad's heart "Timex."

And now I'm picturing her dad as a bit of human Samsonite, rugged and durable and sturdily unharmed as a gorilla jumps up and down on him.

I think I need to stop searching the internets for information about hypothyroidism. I got a few useful pages from various medical sites, and then a whole lot of whackaloon theories.

Just one of the many reasons the issue is important to me. It just took me aback that his assumption was that "important to me"=lesbian. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

REJECTED!

Greetings,

Thank you for entering the GameMastery Module Open Call. After reviewing all 168 entries, I am sorry to inform you that you query did not advance to the second round. There were a lot of great ideas in the mix though, and I would encourage you to try again in our future open calls.

Thank you for your entry and better luck next time.

Jason Bulmahn

GameMastery Brand Manager

I'm happy anyway. I got my first rejection letter.

Also, I wrote my submission in a matter of hours. They had a very accelerated process for this, as they wanted to get one new open call writer published under the current rulesset, and since the main D&D publishers just announced a new rulesset being published next May, the schedule got pushed up. There was about a five day window or so for open call submissions, and I was working or sleeping for four of those.

Next time, there will hopefully be a little more lead time, and I'll be able to craft a better submission.
