Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Hey, librarians and others, do you know about the Librarians' Internet Index (http://www.lii.org)? Totally cool!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Librarians' Internet Index

It rocks!

brillig

My cat just said Mom.

Honest to God, I was ignoring his normal noises, then he said, "Ma-am." And he's staring right at me. Hubby heard it too, he turned around and said, "Did he just say Mom?" He has never made that noise before, it's outside his normal repertoire of noises. Honestly, he quacks.

If he develops an opposable thumb, I'm finished.

Our wings are not tired.

Hee. I don't want my cat to say Mom. I get enough of that already.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I am convinced that (some) cats speak english. They're not supposed to but sometimes it slips out. Once my sister Meg said something to Annie the cat that she didn't hear and Annie said, "what?" when Meg said, "did you just say what?" Annie replied, "meee ow."

Always Anti-fascist!

A story for the Empress: Ok, so my brother was here just now talking about Edwards picking Howard Dean's campaign guy(which I knew vaguely, but really A. is much more about the nuts and bolts than I) and how so many of those guys are losers. I said "Toby Ziegler lost five campaigns before he and Bartlet found each other, and he wasn't a loser." And I was feeling all "Touche'" and shit for about a minute before I thought "That was a TV show, you idiot." FWIW...

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

My cat just said Mom.

I've read this book before....

Our wings are not tired.

Hee. I totally understand. Haven't posted with you in about forever, Erika. My cousin that lives in Phoenix was visiting the other day and I came close to telling her I had a friend that lived there, then didn't want to try and explain since she just bought a computer and really wasn't ready. So how are you? A/C holding up?

Always Anti-fascist!

Yeah, still glad I replaced that one two years ago, even if I'm in debt now. It's taken Mom a long time to get used to the weird cards with jokes she doesn't understand and drinking glasses and whatnot coming in the mail but now if she doesn't get it, it's a Buffista thing, so it's all good. Do you think I'd get on a List if I offered Trippi Ziegler-ma?
