Me too. Mostly, though I hope he's okay...he's...moody or something compared to my other cats, but he can be really outgoing and sociable, too.
Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oh, wise Buffista.
Are UTI's common when undergoing chemo? L appears to have another one and is sharing all too many details with me. So, now I'm sharing the basics with y'all. But still....is this related to the chemo at all?
I think chemo messes with lots of immunities, but...
My guess is along the lines of what erika said -- since chemo is destructive to healthy cells as well as cancerous, getting opportunistic infections is probably "normal," unfortunately.
I have new hair. Now I have to clean the house, go to the market, and cook dinner for TCG's dad and stepmother. We finally get to tell them about the engagement tonight.
sj - hooray for new hair!
lisah - sorry!
erikaj - kitty~ma
erika, I hope your cat comes home safely very soon.
Oh, erika, kitty~ma for you. Hope he comes home soon, and relieves your worry.
I'm feeling guilty. Like when you have a fight with your friend and he stalks off and won't call you back. I know it's not the same thing at all, but I feel like if I hadn't been so "Friggin' cat," yesterday, he'd be here right now. Only I could have unresolved shit with a cat.
No, erika, anyone who lives with a cat is likely to have unresolved shit with it.
Is there a chance one of your neighbors has semi-adopted him? I had a friend who was missing her cat and went to a neighbor's to ask if she'd seen him ... and there's the cat, lying on the couch (he wasn't allowed to do that at home), watching his favorite TV show (he watched what his person watched at home), having his favorite food prepared for him (he was on a low-fat diet at home). Hope Rocky's in a similar situation ... aside from your worry.
