But I understand. You gave up everything you had to find me. And you found me broken. It's hard for you.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

It's dupioni, not shantung

Dude, I totally knew that! I am so ashamed of myself.

And I forgot to mention the utter crazy awesomeness of the facts that (a) you made it yourself, and (b) it was your first such effort. Just, wow.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's very much NOT how I want my students looking at me.

I'm not sure how my co-workers look at me because of it. Though I do get teased. As for how your students look at you...you've got that all taken care of and happily sewn up.

I shop with abandon for stuff I have no need to wear. But I'm hardly responsible for anyone other than myself (and...even then...the amount of corsetry I could get with just one month's worth of hospital bills...sad).

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, well for me that really isn't an option. That's very much NOT how I want my students looking at me.

Are you teaching mitosis? Because they should learn about cleavage.

Under jackets, for support!

oh Jilli, Shadow Fae closed down!

What?! Oh, that's too bad. She had some lovely designs.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

(I still pine for amych's scarlet shantung silk corset from the very first F2F)

That's funny, because I still pine for your black and gold dragonfly number.

Buffista Corset Exchange?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Are you teaching mitosis? Because they should learn about cleavage.

You see what I mean?

Buffista Corset Exchange?

I already passed on the dragonfly number to my wee Gothic Michael Jackson impersonator cousin; the last time I tried it on and attempted to tighten the laces, it bit me. So, no more dragonfly corset.

Thus, clearly I need a new one.

Clearly taken. My corset's an underbust, though, so it doesn't affect my cleavage outside of affecting my posture.

The second corset, the one for which I'll have to scam myself, I want that to be overbust, and I'm not sure where that'll get displayed.

I would love a corset exchange. I still have a red satin Sweetheart Victorian overbust corset from Meschantes that I want to sell or swap to someone. [link]
