Owen and I went to the gym. He apparently broke a little boy's favorite play sunglasses--a point the child admonished me for soundly when I picked O up. The childcare lady reminded the boy that that's why they don't really allow toys from home in the center. I got O to apologize but I don't think the kid was mollified.

So, I need to delegate some homework. Who wants to write a paper on the Parry-Lord Oral Theory as it relates to preaching performances of upland south white women preachers, and who wants to do Spanish? While you guys are working on those, I'll do some transcribing. Or work on a one-page response to the Social Security System. Or, maybe some Math and Democracy homework.

Stink-war: Opening my front door for "fresh" Southern California air. Couldn't help but notice my neighbor must be cleaning as the scent of Lysol is POURING out his door.

it's now 30 minutes or so later... and the scent has clearly shifted. for the worse. How to say... it now smells shitty. Debating if it's worth the "fresh" air.
