erika, you may be evil, but you are far from awful. I'm also pretty sure you aren't aweful, either. Unless, perhaps, full of Baltimore awe counts.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Also, Pete should get a kick out of this.

What do they do for a bone scan? Is that like an x-ray?

I had one of those! It's closer to an X-ray, yeah. What are you getting scanned? I had my leg scanned, and I had to lie down on the thing and not move, but it was just a bench. They don't put you in anything like an MRI. It's not loud, either.

Oh oh!! But the fun part is they inject you with radioactive isotopes first, and then you have to come back three hours later.

~ma for your mom.

erika, don't make me come hit you in the back of the head. You're in no way awful. Besides, if you were there you could be all snarky and interesting.

I guess it's a full-body scan, then? In any case, it's not bad. You just lie there and don't move and think of England.

Suzi, good luck with all the tests. I once had a bone density test that involved putting my feet on a thing that looked like a foot massager, I'm assuming they passed a very mild electic current through me, to test the density. I doubt this will be the same thing, though.

I need to whine about having to go in to work today. Whine, whinge, moan, groan, complain.

Thank you all for listening.

Oh, just to get ALL my whining out (as if)...

L, my assistant, is going to have to go to stronger chemo meds with treatments every 3 weeks (she had been every 4). She is going to try to keep working...but she is struggling as it is now.

Where is my magic wand when I need it?
