What Aimee said.
Transplant ~ma, Suzi, for your mother, and coping for you!
I have no opinion on reiki, except that my company's health facility offers it so it must be somewhat popular.
Woe! I can't load the pix of Sparky's house! Guess I'll have to see it in person.
Apparently, I'm evil and awful and handicapped, which I don't think she likes.
OH MY GAWDS YOU'RE HANDICAPPED????
I can't roll me eyes enough.
Well what the fuck is her problem? She afraid of having her son marry someone awesome and beautiful and totally kick ass? Then, I get it.
Otherwise, ass her in the ear.
Today, Aimee will be speaking for me. Keep up the good work, Empress! Ima take a nap.
Anything in particular you want me to say, Nora?
No, just trust your instincts! There's a reason you have been chosen for the gig!
~ma to those that need it. Good luck!!
We're meeting TCG's mom tonight and telling her about the engagement. I don't think she'll be happy. So nervous.
Grump. She should be bowled over by the awesomeness that is you, not cranky/prejudiced/whatthehellever. How dare she not see the awesomeness of you??
Format > Auto Format > Options, and clear everything on the Auto Format and Auto Format as you type tabs.
Huh. You know, I used to do this. Wonder why I stopped?
sj--just be your lovely self and maybe she wil learn to love you as we do. I knew things were going to be, um, difficult with my ex when he told his parents we were engaged and their first response was "Oh. Is that a Jewish name?" I spent a lot of time and tears over the years of my marriage trying to get them to like me and they never did.
With Jason, I decided they could take me or leave me. I would be polite, as I am to any othe person, but I was not going to work to please them. Turns out they love me--go figure.
Robin is wise.
If TCG's mother can't like or at least accept you, there's no one she'll accept. Her loss. I'd love to have you as a DiL.
