As usual, micro-managing is crazy-making.
Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
totally. The thing is, the SSID is hidden. There is password control. So you need to know the name of the network to find it AND the password to access it. Not to say it's not hacker-proof, but still. Arggg. Thing is, it's very handy for the board-ops to have. And running crew. The front office just don't understand how people use computers and the internet.
Mom is having fun telling everyone she knows about the engagement. I stopped by the school she works at and she had me show everyone the ring. People already want to know the when and where of the wedding. The fact that we only got engaged last night doesn't seem to register with them. It's been a fun day.
Vortex's earworm has given me "You do something to me", which is A-OK. Mmmm, Cole Porter.
Omnis, tell them you fixed the "problem" and then don't.
Happy bdays Matilda!
More happy making news: I got an A+ in my Info Access class! This was the class that drove me completely insane, so at least it wasn't all for nothing.
Based on Gloomcookies grade post, I decided to see if I had gotten any feedback on my last class. This is the class where I had to ask for various deadline extensions and I barely participated due to health stuff. I hate that I'm at the tail end and I'm having to fight both health and burnout to get this finished.
Anyway, OMG, I pulled off a B-. I'm thrilled. I did try to work hard and it was an interesting class. I hated not being able to get as into it as I have with other classes.
But yay, I passed, and yay, I got a decent grade - though I'd have taken a C-. Seriously.
Congrats, sj!

Cheers to us and our good-grade-getting selves!
