Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That's so odd, Vortex. Did the questions seem hard to you, or was it just contestants who weren't getting it?

Thrive to spite them

I hope KBug gets the job!

I was really worried about Mom yesterday, she had a pity cry day and just let herself go about everything but somethings have been really weighing on her. Like G'ma and how much work my Aunt J has been doing even though the house is sold. Like the estate sale. However a couple good things happened. One, the buyers went by the house when my Aunt and cousin were getting ready for the sale and they bought a bunch of big stuff! (like a dresser and a bedframe and some other stuff). And she's going to call them back and say that if they want they can have what ever is left over after the garage sale -- it's mostly household stuff anyway.

But the best news is that Aunt J found G'ma's cookbook, her handwritten one with all her recipes! G'ma was a good cook and it has great grandma's recipes. Aunt J's plans are to scan it and then make a book for everyone so we'll all have her recipes in her handwriting.

Plus I'm getting her Better Homes and Garden's cookbook, not as pricely but it's one she used often and consulted for lots of things.

some of the questions were really bizarre, like there was a whole category on Czech Kings. And a category of cheeses that started with C. Just odd.

Czech kings? I didn't even know they had them!!

So, anyone with experience with the credit bureaus? (Equifax in particular?) They're claiming my DOB doesn't match my SSN...which is an issue I supposedly fixed with them two years ago. They'll send me a credit report by MAIL if I send them photocopies of my social security card and a few other things...but I need to figure out WTF is going on NOW, since NOW is when people are checking my credit for apartments...and I won't be at my mailing address two weeks from now!
