You're not gonna jokey-rhyme your way out of this one.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

ugg. designer boy not here yet. I've worked with the director to play the 15 cues we set levels for last night (like 150 still to go... in full tech situation). Tech was supposed to start 15 min ago. And he was going to e-mail me a updated cue list with the changes...from letter cues to number cues. So we got NOTHING done to try and move ahead.

And now we wait.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I LOVE the house, Sparky. Hardwood floors, cool built-in stuff, fabulous wood-paneling, adorable porch!

In case anybody is just dying to hear what happened with the spider... I have no idea. Today there is no evidence of the spider and the webs that were in the same area she was have been almost completely eliminated. Also my carefully prepared warning sign is gone. There's nothing in the operations notes from yesterday about the disappearance.

Librarian Warlord

I suspect a vacuum had something to do with the disappearance of the spider.

move out and draw fire

Dang, I missed the house pix.

I went to Target for lunch, and of course perused their Halloween stuff. They had a nifty witch hat that will go with my witch costume (one of several backup costumes that don't threaten the Mundanes) splendidly. So I bought it. It's pointy and black with iridescent black feathers and black roses and lots of black tulle with spiderwebs.

The cashier, ringing it up, asked, "Is this for a costume?"

Oh, good grief.

Oh! I bought a costume for the nephew, because it was on sale, and I had a coupon, and it was wicked cute. [link]

Probably the same cashier who sees me in full A's gear and asks if there is a game today. Or if I'm an A's fan.
