All right, no one's killing folk today, on account of our very tight schedule.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You'll have to ask j, or if you have picture messaging on your phone, it was from the first day I saw her (the bike I mean, not j)

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

uggg. Finally catch up on 200+ posts. Long day. I open tabs to save posts to respond to, as I answer them, I close the tabs. Somehow I hit backspace in the wrong area, and browser goes back a page, and I lost it all. :: weeps ::

Ok, lets see if I can recall any of it. 1) it being past 1:30, so... AAAarrrggghhh Matey's! 2) Happy b-day (belated) erika 3) Fay said something to the effect of (paraphrase)

I want a Joe and a toddler...
and I came up with a great flirty response of "you can call me Joe if you want, we'll work on the toddler thing later". 4) Ita, it's not a migraine, just the headache hurt like a mo-fo. Yes sensitive to light, but ironically sound, humming, actually helped. So did eating raisins. I don't think it's migraine, possible bad sinus?? It was mostly the back of the head this time. If I recall, previous few times, it was a band that went ear to ear over the top of the head. Hard to say. Thankfully, happens very seldom. It is curious tho.

Ok, had a really REALLY long day. left at 8am, got home at 11pm. Did a really good seminar on wireless mics up at the Skirball Center. Then drove down to Irivine for a seminar on Vectorworks. Oy. WHy did he save the 2d stuff till last? the day I can't attend. It's the thing I wanted to learn. The only thing really. Don't need rendering. O well. I did learn stuff.

OK, nuff tapping. Should go to bed. Long day tomorrow too.

Night mateys! Aarrggggh. Shiver me timbers!

Avast me hearties!

The weather here has turned. It rained a lot on my walk to work this morning, and it's the first morning I've had frosty-breath.

Mostly lurking...

Mornin' mateys.

I'm bad at talk like a pirate, but I'm considering attempting some at my therapy session today, just for kicks and giggles.

and it's the first morning I've had frosty-breath.

I love this time of the year. It's frosty-breath in the morning and evening, but gorgeous during the day. I love it.

Trust my rage

I really really miss fall. It's my favorite time of the year. So pretty and you know that winter and Christmas are coming.

I've noticed a change in the weather here, too. No frost, but I can get to my car in the mornings now without sweating.

I went on and on about this in my LJ, but I'm so frustrated with my inability find a childbirth situation that I'm happy with, or even okay with. The whole thing is just stressing me out and I know it's compounded by normal (for me) pregnancy anxiety. I just feel like I need a vacation...

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That sucks, Stephanie. Is it a factor of being in PR - different practices and norms - or just not connecting with people and places? Raq might have some advice (or at least knowing sympathy) if it's the former.

In news of me, the one thing I forgot about having hardwood floors is how filthy your feet get. And with the deck now it's like times a million. How do people deal with this? And is it possible to construct a door mat entirely of magic erasers?
