Wesley: I stabbed you. I should apologize for that. But I'm honestly not sure how. I think it'll just be awkward. Gunn: Good call. Wesley: Okay.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I just got home to a very sheepish dog. She knocked one of the curtains down, a very easy thing to do as we got them at Target and they're just not that firmly attached to the walls. I kept telling her she's a good girl, fixed the curtain, no problem, gave her lots of petting. She's still slinking around like I'm going to punish her for something... hmm... maybe I should check around the trash cans for chewed up fast food wrappers.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Laga, you might also want to check for pizza boxes. She may have ordered delivery.

I can find no other evidence of wrongdoing. Maybe somebody yelled at her for knocking down the curtains some other time. Her real dad's not always a nice person.

I just think it's hilarious that by "real dad" I mean her legal owner.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm suddenly getting really sore from my just testing out the machines workout which didn't even last very long. It's pathetic how out of shape I am, but TCG has agreed to check out the YMCA with me.

The status is NOT quo.

Oh, poor little pup!

Aims, if you're around, will Joe have his cell tomorrow? Same number? I'm picking him up after work, so if you could send me his flight info, that would rock. And he does he have my cell?

Oh, and I will warn you both that chez NoiseT is doing its best trashy trailer park impression at the moment.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

God, I do love that pic, JZ. It's going to be The Most Adorable Icon EVAH.

The job/pants Jilli thing made me make a huge snorting-coffee noise during my kids' Thai lesson, but I don't think they noticed.

The Cat Daniel seems to be convinced that he earns his keep by assisting humans in use of the bathroom. Honestly, he's sure that we can't fathom how to operate anything in there without a cat cheerleader to encourage us. And generally I've assumed that this is all REALLY so he can swig down lots of tap water (which is the Champagne of his little cat universe, apparently), but quite often he disarms me by disdaining the tap utterly and being all head-butty, skritch-me-now, dude,-I'm-here-for-YOU. Which is dead sweet.

OMG! I knew there was something else I meant to comment on - Annabel + Birthdays = Win! She displays EXCELLENT judgment in her prioritising skills!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Grrrr... Have skipped and skipped. Am packing. HATE packing. Am moving in 4 days. Am living in Boxville. Have packed pronouns.

Love and ~ma to all.

Tons of moving ~ma ChiKat. Moving sucks. You have all my sympathy.

Grr. I'm halfway through my schoolwork for the day and the website is going wonky on me. So.sick.of.this.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Gronk. Next semester, someone remind me that if I've got a day where I'm teaching two classes and taking a two-hour class on the other side of the city, it's not a good day to also schedule my office hours.

I'm teaching regular calculus this semester, the one for engineering and science majors. SO much better than business calc, which is what I've taught the past four semesters. (I think that the major problem with business calc is that most of the students there really don't have the pre-calc background they need, so they spend the class lost because they can't follow the algebra.)
