Vortex- that Mariott is right by the University of Illinois at Chicago and Rush Presbyterian St Luke's medical center. If you don't have business at either of those places it's not the best of neighborhoods.

I just got home to a very sheepish dog. She knocked one of the curtains down, a very easy thing to do as we got them at Target and they're just not that firmly attached to the walls. I kept telling her she's a good girl, fixed the curtain, no problem, gave her lots of petting. She's still slinking around like I'm going to punish her for something... hmm... maybe I should check around the trash cans for chewed up fast food wrappers.

I'm suddenly getting really sore from my just testing out the machines workout which didn't even last very long. It's pathetic how out of shape I am, but TCG has agreed to check out the YMCA with me.
