Kojo is one of the things I miss most about living DC. And not just because of the voice.

I feel sick, my stomach is all icky and I've already thrown up this morning. I'm at work, and I can't really afford to go home (money wise) and there's a big event today which I've been setting up for (but using hand sanitizer). I don't think I can go home, but I'm drawing the line and not touching any food just in case I'm getting a stomach virus again.

Well if you want to travel up here I have a CRAZY!GENIUS hairdresser. She is crazy though. But a hair genius!!!

I need to call her so I can get my hair did before I have 2 weddings the first weekend in Oct. I'm like 1/2 gray now! (I'm going to think of it as silver so I can pretend I left it on purpose to match my silver converse i'm wearing at our show Saturday so I don't freak out about not having had my hair done for the event.)

So I got a response from "Kelly Kapoor"! She seems nice. It's clear from her responses that she actually read my e-mail, which is a good start. Also, she loves her DVR, which is an even better start (unfortunately, the only show we appear to have in common is Entourage ). I replied, and I guess we continue to converse and see if any real clicking happens.
