I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Fezziwig! I played Fezziwig's daughter once upon a time. Ghost of Christmas Present is hella fun, too.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Tequila + OJ = Tequila Screwdriver, also called a Golddriver.

But at this point you might as well add a dash of grenadine and make it a Tequila Sunrise.

Art Crawl!!!

Fay - congratulations on the casting!

Lemongrass soup sounds delicious.

I'm living in the land of many mosquitoes and subsequently - lots of mosquito bites and I hear that lemongrass oil is excellent for mosquito bites. . . if you don't mind smelling like lemon pledge. (But I don't have a source for any so I remain itchy.)

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

sumi, I hadn't heard that. Of course I'm sitting inside all day today in the AC so no bug bites for me. But I should dig out my Eucalyptus or Peppermint for my throat.

Art Crawl!!!

I swear we have mosquitos (toes?) pretty much everywhere - on Monday I was waiting for the bus inside the entry at Walmart and was buzzed by mosquitos and other insects.

My co-workers little boy was sent home from daycare because he had "spots" which turned out to be mosquito bites. There is no escape. (We still have alot of standing water here but we've been fortunate in not getting alot of additional rain.)

All is well that ends in pizza.

Hello from a family reunion for my mother's 80th Birthday!

Andi and I are sitting here and I'm enjoying free wifi in the banquet room at the local AmericInn.

There was a big surprise in that almost all of her 20+ grandchildren made it here. Plus some great grandchildren in tow.

There are friends and assorted extended people as well.

It is interesting to say the least. Many of these people I have not seen in a decade.

For Buffistas: Yes, even my niece with the pit bull that took down the attacker is here. I'll get a pic of her for you.

More later, Silly string may be needing to be prevented.

Mother! Stop that!

"I've got a gun! I've got a mother-flippin' gun!" - Moss, The IT Crowd

I am browsing craigslist and trying to decide where to live. Seattlistas? I'm thinking Capitol Hill. But even then, I'm not sure where is the main drag and what are the boundaries of coolness vs. inconvenience, etc.

Seems like a lot of stuff is cheaper than DC, but a lot of stuff isn't. Hrm.

Plei is over here at the moment with Jilli. Their hivemind suggest west of Broadway (which is the main drag) and (maybe) south of Olive.

Send me links and I'll let you know what I know about specific spots.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Beth on Kim Possible I hadn't finished watching when I posted last night. I liked almost all of the finale, I even liked that Ron found his power, but I really wanted the last save the world moment to be Kim's moment, not Ron's.
