I was volunteering at the Decatur Book Fair today and I ended up working at a reading by three poets. Before he started reading the poem, he said that he had written the poem after he had OD'ed on Sesame Street with his baby.
It was fanfic. He slashed Bert and Ernie.
Hee! Was it at least good slash fanfic, Ginger?
Yo, Ellen, you around? Is it time for literati yet? E-me at yahoo when you see this, pls.
well, it involves something you and I missed (I had to be told about it). Look above the Boomers on the opposite side of the crater.
Thanks for the confidence slasher ;-)
OK, the 1st two boomers I can take care of, it's once the clock starts. What am I not seeing over them on the other side of the crater? The only thing I see is the objective. But getting to it is a bitch!
Ginger, clearly he needs to go see Avenue Q.
It is hot as hell here in Pasadena. We've been in the 100 to 110 range for days, and my New England brain can't take it. It's not even a dry heat! I was promised dry heat!
In related news, I have just purchased a Vornado for my classroom.

hey, it's 93º here at the coast! And super wet heat at that (well, for CA). At least you got central air. ::whine whine whine whine whine ::
The poor central air can't keep up. It's currently 111 here, and the house is at least 82 even with shades closed and AC on nonstop. But yes, it is a lot better than no AC at all. Of course, leaving the house has been necessary today, every time I walk outside it's like a blast furnace.

Oh, that's kinda awesome.

Oh. The timer? You're at the part when you have to run from the mansion, aren't you?
Take out one Boomer with a few sniper headshots or the Lancer and then just run for it down whatever side you took out the boomer. Just run. There's no way to shoot everything and get out you just have to scarper!
But!
I should mention that you are not at the end of Act 4. You have a massive (and very entertaining) firefight to come.
Oh, that's kinda awesome.
Except for the problem of the volunteer fighting giggles in the back. The gist of the poem is that there are rumors that Bert is being cut from the program. He thinks that wouldn't be too bad, that he could go on Oprah, except that he would miss Ernie's breathing at night, him lying close, and so on.
