Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Punishingly Intricate

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Could you guys stop saying “sugar”? It’s just like saying “candy” and that tempts me and I can’t be force to take responsibility for choosing to eat 17 cookies when you guys are the ones saying “sugar” and making me eat till my ass pops off of my body from being so big.
Bwahahahaaha! Aimee is funny.

Re: fragging:

I think our best bet is the 1st in the late afternoon/evening.
ND will not be available at this time--we're going to Allyson's book reading/signing at Vroman's and have plans afterwards. Just in case he forgot.

Also, is anyone here fluent in Spanish and willing to do a quick translation of "New kitten. Please do not open this door or clean this room today. Thank you!"

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

forgot to add: when me and my sister were young (11 months apart) we somehow lost the soundtrack LP to GREASE. Years later, after my brother moved out, we found it buried in his stuff. Something tells me we played that record WAY too many times.

As for Spanish. Maybe something like: Nuevo Gato. Por Favor, no limpia este cuarto.

I don't think it's quite proper Spanish grammer or spelling, but it might convey the idea if no others get you a better translation.

Our wings are not tired.

Wah! First thing this morning I sucked 600+ posts here with the notion that I would skim before I popped in. Still haven't looked at those and another 100 have happened.

short version: drove 1300 miles home, kid turned 13, school started, back to work, hiring assistant so I can play more, miss everybody and vibes all round

Also, the emails I received for my assistant position included friskykitty, and sweetdimples. The person I am probably hiring had an email of om.RealFname.RealLname which was cool enough since she is a yoga instructor.

More when I get a chance to catch up, again Wah!

Always Anti-fascist!

The band playing TV themes makes me think of Ted the Lawyer on "Scrubs"

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Kristin, my Spanish is very, very rusty, but possibly: Nuevo gatito. Por favor, no abre la puerta o limpia ese cuarto.

Thrive to spite them

juliana thanks! I knew the actors were father and sons and I was thinking Brolin but I knew that was wrong. I totally would have remembered Josh Brolin in something.

Also I couldn't look at your pics until I got home and wow! You are smoking hot! You look amazing in the leather and the bike.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Because I forgot earlier, huge amounts of ~ma to you, Karl.

(No. No, I really don't. I can guarantee Giant Corporate Entity will not find my sense of humor humorous.)

Ha! Yeah, I've had recruiters tell me over the phone to "Be myself!" in interviews.

She should take control by not taking the candy! She was way out of line. Even if she is the boss.

Bingo. I am unimpressed by BossLady's behavior.

OMG - cutest Hello Kitty bento EVAH!

Wow. Just ... wow.

I have no idea which of my childhood TV habits drove my parents crazy. I'll have to ask them.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

A proper CFO should probably understand and be interested in what the CPA is telling her about tax returns and booking money and G/L balancing.

Instead, I'm trying to slit my wrists with a Bic pen cap.
