Seamus certainly talks like a Siamese, that's for sure.
Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Seamus certainly talks like a Siamese, that's for sure.Several different vets, confronted with my hyper-chatty black cat, said that all black cats are part Siamese; the jet-black coat is some variant that happens only as a result of Siamese + Mystery Cat.

Interesting but sadly not true. The gene for black is present in nearly all cats; almost all the other patterns are the action of various other genes to modify the black by mixing in white spots, orange spots, stripes, dilution of the color, faded parts at all but the outermost edges (i.e. Siamese pattern), etc.
(On the other hand, black is by far most likely outcome of a mix of Siamese and cat-who-came-in-the-window, so if you're confronted with an inky loudmouth it ain't a bad guess.)
He just has a lot to say. About everything. (But it's cute rather than annoying; he's obviously not complaining, just telling us all about what's going on.)
Seamus has a tiny tuft of white hairs on his chest, but at the moment that's it. He's pretty much all black.
Cute kitty

Happy birthday Fay
I just spent an hour playing with my TIVO season passes trying to get set up for the fall - not sure that was the best use of my time, but it was fun

I know that Tzepesh and Ruthven have voices that I associate with Siamese cats, as did Dread Beastie. Trinian's voice sounds markedly different from the black kitties.
My version of the One True Black Cat also has that piercing Siamese yowl. Which is fun at 5 a.m. No, really!
Seamus doesn't really yowl (yet, anyway), but he burbles and chirps and meows. Very cute.

Mine was most definitely this. Talktalktalk, with chirps and burbles and squeaks and whining and OMG she never, ever, ever shut up. She's in Minnesota now, still talking the ears off her new humans. And she did jump out the window and get knocked up before I had a chance to get her spayed, and the two talkiest of her kits were the black one and the semi-Siamese.
