Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

It seems so strange to be up in the morning and yet not have a sense of urgency.

I think I like it.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Happy belated birthday, Deena.

sorry I missed it, and the rest of the things I have been missing by having a dying airport card on my laptop. this morning, it works. In fact, it does usually seem much better in the mornings, and starts to get persnickety towards evening - but yesterday the evening persnicketiness started shortly after 3pm.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Darn, I missed the new thread by a half hour. I'm forcing myself awake now, so that maybe I can sleep tonight.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Andi, is Sammie still doing ok and it was just a tummy upset?

I have no comments on the people with 17 kids.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Yeah, I've been up about an hour and a half, too. I seem to have reverted to a couple of naps over the evening and early morning, rather than a night's sleep.

I've been up for about three hours, and other than going to WW (and seeing the results of Chigago) and getting some coffee, I have done absolutely nothing.

It's a delightful feeling.

Mostly lurking...

and other than going to WW (and seeing the results of Chigago)

I get to do this with a *new* nutritionist on Monday. I'm not looking forward to it.

Timelies all! Hi, new thread!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Skipping like whoa. Sitting in the Charleston, SC airport waiting to get to Atlanta and then home. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes last night and am now itchy as hell.
