Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I've used peroxide on the mattress. It dries nicely. Pour/dab/pour/dab...

Yeah, it's the mattress thing that's a problem. I'll try the hydrogen peroxide thing.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I am so exhausted, I don't even know what. I want nothing more than a nap and a blankie.

Punishingly Intricate

From yesterday:

Anybody wear a size 8 shoe? I have some awesome J Peterment French 1940s shoes that I bought like 10 years ago, and have only worn a handful of times because my feet refuse to shrink to size 8, no matter how gorgeous the shoes are.

Raq, when you are around, that's sometimes my size. Unless they are very narrow.

Compassionately intolerant

Vortex, another option is Nature's Miracle . I have found it to work brilliantly in every protein-based stain I've ever used it on. Food, pet issues, blood...everything.

I had the exact same issue with a mattress where the stain was long-since set. Nature's Miracle cleared it up straight away.

3.5 hours of sleep last night. OTOH, the house is starting to look like people live here and are not just breaking a squat.
