Had the accident a while ago and had planned to get a new mattress anyway, but procrastinated, and now I'm about to move, and it's a bit unsightly. I 've soaked in it OxyClean, but not sure that it will work. Thoughts?

Vortex, there's a new Resolve that I've seen commercials for that might work for that.

ETA: It's Resolve Multi-Fabric Cleaner. One of the things they advertise it working on is mattresses. It's worth a shot...

Vortex, the thing that removes blood for me, every time, is hydrogen peroxide, but I am not sure how it would work soaking into the mattress.

I would also be willing to bet movers have seen worse, Vortex. I, um, have no advice other than that.

I've used peroxide on the mattress. It dries nicely. Pour/dab/pour/dab...
