Although I love those shoes to pieces, I'd never buy them, cause i'd think about what I had to wear them with, etc., etc.
I pretty much only wear dark, solid colors on top (to hide the ever-expanding gut) so I like to get fun shoes to bring a little color in and make it look like I have some sort of style going on. So really, I'm the boring one.
ETA: Buy those cute red boots!
OMG, those shoes Vortex linked to ... I suddenly want them! then I remembered I've had to stop wearing red and I'm going to restrain myself (I'm not helping, am I?).
GC, those shoes are cute - I really like green ... even with the mosquito bite!
Ooooh. But you need better laces.
Also, Vortex, if you
don't
buy those, then I can't justify spending money on things that
I
want, like a new tattoo. You can't just think of yourself here.
Yes, the mosquito bite is featured quite nicely. I had to call it out because it is one of like 50+ that I have after my week in South Carolina.
I was getting totally bitten by mosquitos in my dream last night. But thankfully not in reality.
Clearly, Vortex, you need those boots.
OMG those are awesome boots!!! Thank God Zappos doesn't have one-click, because I'm having to get rid of enough shoes as it is.
(Never-worn black patent fuck-me pumps in a size 9 anyone?)
I find it strange (and I love animals) that adopting a cat is about as invasive as adopting a child. Our local Rescue demanded permission to make unannounced checkups and to come and look through the windows if we weren't home.
In continued spending news, $60 isn't too much for a cat bed, is it? Especially when it matches the kitteh?
The rescues are getting a bit ridiculous. I mean, do they want homes for these animals or don't they? An animal who is loved, cared for, and occasionally let outside has a much happier life than an animal in a shelter, right?
