Mal: Cut it out. Job's not done until we're back on Serenity. Zoe: Sorry, sir. Didn't mean to enjoy the moment.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Beautiful dog, and I can't imagine what whoever named her Blondie was thinking.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Ah, Suela, she's gorgeous. May you have many happy romps together. Seabiscuit is that size. It's a good size.

Art Crawl!!!

Suela - Congratulations!

Magda or Miss Dashwood are equally good names.

She is beautiful and "blondie" doesn't fit her at all. What were those people thinking?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

What a gorgeous doggie! And with a lovely, soulful gaze.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Consuela, I'd be VERY tempted to name her Debbie Harry, just 'cause. She looks like she's going to be a great companion animal!

Currently I am killing time in Programming class, because the other students are being introduced to SQL, whereas I've been elaborating the queries much more than the instructor is asking for.

It's 90 out, so at least this place has AC.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Hmm. Have all y'all heard of lock bumping? (Watch the embedded video on that page.) I've never heard of it before, but it's a bit unnerving.

I'm wondering how effective this really is to prevent it.

Any lock, anywhere, is more or less like a guideline saying 'don't go in here'. Also, you can pretty much bumplock by using standard lockpicking tools and 'raking' the tumblers with them, or so I've been told.

As opposed to being a *physical* barrier?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

She's absolutely lovely, Suela.

Art Crawl!!!

Amusing preview of Private Practice. I haven't really been watching the previews and despite the Risky Business aspects -- I really enjoyed this. Also, Taye Diggs not looking frumpy. Thank goodness. Perhaps it's NOT the Apocalypse.
