"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I like Chipotle's corn salsa, except for the GIANT chunks of jalapeno they put in it.

I brought my lunch today. I have a heavy hand with the garlic and red pepper flake, so my mouth is burning pleasantly, as well.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I swear I'd never heard it before I moved out west, and now every time I see it I have to roll the syllables over my tongue.

It had that weird popularity explosion about then -- one minute it was obscure, the next minute it was everywhere! I correctly predicted a couple of years ago that many of the winning Pillsbury Bake-Off recipes would include chipotle.

I hate when people say "chi-pole-tay." Just say the letters in order, people!

Ann, that's a ferret.

I go with their corn salsa, not least because it's the only one they have without big tomato chunks.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I wish there were a Chipotle convenient to me.

There's one on Maiden lane, is that close?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I think that, maybe, what makes the energy question seem less intuitive is the word "energy." I've found that when explaining stuff like this, a lot of people don't really have a working sense of the difference between energy and force.

The falling object one seemed completely intuitive to me. Though after seeing the number of people here who answered that it'll always have the same velocity, I think I need to rethink the way I explain the second derivative to my calculus classes, since I think I was basing that explanation on assumptions that it seems not everyone has.

Oh, really? That might be just the thing! I was actually thinking that it's a good thing there isn't one too convenient, but that could be doable. Really, I want one near my house, since I think big-ass burrito for lunch equals afternoon nap, and sometimes the bosses frown on that.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Hm, now I have to go to Chipotle for lunch. The horror!

I remember when chipotle first became a trendy ingredient -- Cooking Light had to run a HUGE apology when they accidentally listed an ingredient as "1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce" when it should have been "1 pepper from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce" and hundreds of obedient readers scorched their tongues.

Oh, hell yeah. SO with you.
