Hm, now I have to go to Chipotle for lunch. The horror!
I remember when chipotle first became a trendy ingredient -- Cooking Light had to run a HUGE apology when they accidentally listed an ingredient as "1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce" when it should have been "1 pepper from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce" and hundreds of obedient readers scorched their tongues.
I hate when people say "chi-pole-tay." Just say the letters in order, people!
Oh, hell yeah. SO with you.
Of course, I meant "in order and slightly in Spanish," but you catch my drift.
or "Chi Pol Tel"
damn you all I want one of their burrito bowl things now! (I snobbishly/out of nostalgia only get real burritos in SF.)
But I will eat my big salad from home instead.
Yes.
Why couldn't the Latino guy from NFNS pronounce it correctly? I realize that it's Mexican not Puerto Rican but don't the regular rules for pronouncing words in Spanish stand?
Somebody tell me to do my homework. I am going away for the weekend and have to get it done by 3:30, damn it.
Someone at work has pinkeye and they are in the building spreading their contagion. They should be sent home.
I am so sleeeeepy. I've been averaging 3-4 hours sleep every night this week, and it's all caught up today. I'm going to fill up on caffeine and have a big salad for lunch, I think.
Dammit! I brought lunch from home, and now all I want is a Chipotle Burrito Bol! Curse you all!
