If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I can't stop watching that dog on the water slide.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Check the stretches on this page--you don't want to focus on just one set of muscles.

You know that thing where you go somewhere for advice, and then you're weirdly disappointed that you've been doing it right all along? That's how I felt when I read the strength exercise regimens on that website. But on the other hand, at least I know how to work out!

Mmmm, stretchy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love exrx.net. I go there first for muscle names, standard exercises, and stretches.

Not that I, ahh, exercise these days. And if I did it'd be kettlebell. But the site's a very useful reference nonetheless.

Punishingly Intricate

hah! YES! like, maybe you're hoping for a new nugget of wisdom that will somehow make what you are trying to do instantly possible or magically easier or whatever?

(It's why I keep asking people and looking up stuff about how to do crow pose.)

I'm loving this picture. [link]

A) Maggie Gyllenhal is wearing Birkenstocks to fashion week.
B) Hilary Swank looks liek she wants to kill the models
C) For a split second I thought Demi Moore was a man in drag
D) Clive always looks good

I love their nick for Clive. Rrrrowr.

Dude. I'd be happy with a decent Chaturanga. I'm sure you'll kick ass at Crow soon.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I'd rather look at these pictures of Maggie Gyllenhaal.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Clive always looks good

His eyebrows look very tame, which is a new look. (Unless I'm thinking of the other actor I always confuse with Clive Owen -- and now I can't remember his name. Aggressive eyebrows, dark hair, was in that movie with the phone booth where there was a sniper who was going to shoot him if he hung up -- that actor.)

I'd rather look at these pictures of Maggie Gyllenhaal.

I will never, EVER, be strictly heterosexual. GUH.

And, uh, those aren't handcuffs.
