Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

We may have some squabbles over headsets, but as long as you're just dancing, we should be okay.

There is nothing like squeezing six lemons, sweetening the mix with agave, and then noticing a rogue silverfish has hari-kiried in your pitcher.

I'm so fucking pissed.

Art Crawl!!!

FNL season 2 sneak peak that aired after the repeat of the finale on Saturday. . . i.e., spoilery for season 2.

hip deep in pie

I figured this was coming when NBC broke with Itunes. NBC will sell shows via Amazon: [link]

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

What the NY Times article neglected to mention was that the videos sold on Amazon come with much more restrictive DRM than the iTunes store, and won't play on Macintoshes:

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

People with Macs don't watch TV, obviously. They're too busy being arty.

I barely even got to say hello Monique.
Aw, that's OK. I saw your entourage and knew you were busy. Besides, that's the way we operate. The first (and last, I think) time I saw you, I briefly introduced myself before reaching around your legs under the auction table at the Wolfram & Hart shindig for someone's purse. I like to think of our moments as brief, but meaningful.

I admit to noticing not about ita's underwear, but about her awesome legs. And Allyson's awesome eyebrows and skin.
See, this is what I was trying to tell Allyson. BTW, has she shared pictures of the cake? And the banner her neighbors made?

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

BTW, has she shared pictures of the cake? And the banner her neighbors made?

I thought I loved the cake, but then I looked at the picture of the banner, with the vampire on the right side, and then I knew what love really is.

(Seriously -- that banner kicks ASS, all because of the vampire.)

I thought I loved the cake
Oh it was even better in person. And Kristen deserves extra special mention for not just ordering it, but also getting it to the signing in one piece. For it was quite the heavy piece of yummy goodness. I'm told. I sat in the front seat and didn't have to hold it.

that banner kicks ASS, all because of the vampire.
I loved that her neighbors did that for her. My neighbors wouldn't react if I grew an extra head, and I live in the Midwest. The Heartland. Of course, I'm also an anti-social hermit, but still.

Swouncing

Once again, I skipped exactly to the right place. With pictures!

That banner was lovely. And the cake! How awesome was the cake? Who was the person who cut it? Did paperdol get a piece with her name on it, or with her praise on it? Did anyone fight over the pieces with the little vamp mouse (um, I would have)?

I thought paperdol looked lovely (which essay did she read, by the way?). I loved the way her face was full of life and expression in the parts of the reading. Oh, and, of course, the flower in her hair.

Thank you so much for taking pictures! And posting them, of course.

I need to be entertained.
